Motivating yourself to achieve greatness should come naturally to you. Because you know what you want and go for it! When you rely on your inner drive to feel motivated. Your energies are pushing you to move and be bold to attain anything you desire.

When you become aware of what makes you successful. Then that awareness is enough to motivate you to achieve greatness. No longer bound by negative emotions.

Although others have expectations of you. You’re able to act and strive to fulfil those requirements. Why? Because you know that your capabilities and willingness are enough to achieve your goals!

It’s really easy to achieve goals that are easy and within your reach. However, when setting challenging goals, are they realistic and attainable? For example, do you say “I’m going to look for a job in ‘sales”  or “I’m going to look for a job as a ‘sales advisor’? The more specific you are the more successful you will be!

When setting goals, they should be SMART enough for you to achieve the best results. Having an image in your mind will help you to accomplish your goals much quicker. Set goals that are –  specific, measurable, achievable, realistic. In addition, give yourself time to complete your goals.

Today, commit to going after what you want to attain. Know that your inner drive is enough for you to go forward and conquer anything. Why not commit to reassuring yourself that any finish line you set your sights on is reachable because you are motivating yourself to achieve greatness.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. Am I affected by lack of self-confidence when it comes to motivating myself?
  2. Do I get better results when I’m self-motivated as opposed to being motivated by others around me?
  3. Do I underestimate my abilities to achieve?
