Focuses on visible outward actions from erratic or unpredictability to a process of renewed thought through healing! This helps you build positive social interaction and confidence to lead a healthy life.

  • Eating Disorder – Psychotherapy helps with eating disorders that arise from life’s disappointments. For example, marital breakdown or loss of a job can cause a health crisis.  As a result, you are not able to separate your emotions from your normal eating habits and begin to skip meals and neglect yourself. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help you remove negative thoughts through profound techniques that will help you lead a normal healthy life.
  • Mood Disorder – Mood disorders of Major depressive disorder is a prolonged and persistent period of extreme sadness. For example, Bipolar disorder can cause you to be off-balance resulting in depression.  The premenstrual dysphoric disorder can cause mood changes and irritability that occur during the premenstrual phase of a woman’s cycle and go away with the onset of menses. Including Suicidal ideation (thoughts) of struggles in wanting to give up on life. Mood disorders may increase your risk of suicide so seek help as soon as possible.
  • Thinking Disorder – I can help you balance your belief, thoughts and perception by removing anxiety, anger or hopelessness. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I can help you through the confusion. I do this by managing negative beliefs through various techniques and developing new ways of daily living. Helping you gain clarity and direction that overcomes most challenges in your life.

Counselling and Psychotherapy offer various treatments, that help shifts distorted on inconsistent circumstances. They remove unwanted negative emotions, behaviour, and thoughts by slowly improving your attitude.  You may feel sad, empty or have bouts of depression, with the help of treatment you can improve stability in life.
