Psychotherapy provides you with the best possible treatment available in relation to major disruptions that have impacted your life. Whether these are a detriment to your eating, mood or thinking. Behaviour focuses on visible outward actions. With the right therapy, you can regain normality from the erratic or unpredictability that others may see as ‘too far from the norm’. Whether individual or a process of thought you can receive healing! Socially we can help you build confidence and trust by leading a healthy life.
Eating disorders arise from life’s disappointments, for example, loss of family members or friends, marital breakdown, loss of a job, financial crisis and others. As a result, you are not able to separate your emotions from your normal eating habits and begin to skip meals neglecting self and body image. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help you with negative thoughts and find your way back through techniques to a normal healthy life.

Bipolar disorder or manic depression or bipolar affective disorder, that results in intermittent times of depression and mania. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder — mood changes and irritability that occur during the premenstrual phase of a woman’s cycle and go away with the onset of menses. Including Suicidal ideation (thoughts) of struggles in wanting to give up on life. Psychotherapy in my practice offers various treatments of CBT or Family-based Therapy that help shift distorted on inconsistent circumstances. They remove unwanted negative emotions, behaviour, and thoughts by slowly improving your attitude.
