Mental Health

£5.00

Mental Health is just as important to talk about as mental wellness!. However, there is a societal stigma that has plagued mental health. However, this issue is more than just an illness. Therefore, it is important to take care of your own mental wellbeing and gain the most out of life.

Talking about your feelings is not a sign of weakness; it is partly taking charge of your wellbeing and doing what you can to stay healthy. Talking is a way to cope with a problem you’ve been carrying around in your thoughts.

This book gives you practical guidance on how to look after your mental health. How to make changes in your life and what you can do to practice ‘good’ mental health.

Why not start today?

Description

Mental health is a challenge for so many today. With anxiety, depression and panic attacks on the rise, it can be difficult to remain focused. There are different types of mental health issues and each one can be a deciding factor as to whether we are able to overcome these challenges or succumb to them. If we can learn to manage our own feelings and express them to others, then we would form a good support network where others would be ready to help. To cope with change in times of uncertainty is the first step to attaining good mental health.

To have an understanding of how you could think, feel and react in the ways that you need to, and live your life as fully and independently as possible.” Is a start! You may not always feel happy or that you never have bad moods or bad days. But if anxiety, low mood or other symptoms of your mental health condition are overwhelming or difficult to cope with, it’s likely that you don’t currently have good mental health.

The most important thing in my life is helping others toward transformation and change. In 2016 I founded The Savvy Woman CFE a therapeutic practise that helps women remove emotional blockages and experience the power of a breakthrough in their life! I am an avid writer co-author and author who has desires that women improve their emotional well-being and work toward excellence and success
